How the plan works
Simple to start, fair as you grow
Add buyers any time
Add a buyer in the middle of a year and pay only for the time left, worked out to the day. The new buyer can be connected straight away.
Renewals keep your buyers
Your plan renews for the same number of buyers. Need fewer from the next period? Tell us and we’ll set it.
Buyers are covered
Buyers don’t need a subscription of their own. They’re covered by the manufacturer’s plan.
Pay online or by transfer
Pay online through Razorpay, or by bank transfer and we’ll record it for you.
Nothing is ever deleted
If a subscription lapses, the workspace becomes view-only. Your data stays, and paying again restores everything at once.
Unlimited users
Bring your whole team: merchandisers, managers, anyone who needs to see or raise a request.

Before you ask
What counts as a buyer?
Each buyer company connected to your workspace counts once, however many of its people use cbThread.
What happens when we reach our number of buyers?
Everything you have stays exactly as it is. You just can’t connect another buyer until you add one to your plan, which you can do any time.
And when storage runs out?
Files already uploaded stay. New uploads wait until there’s room: remove files you no longer need, or add buyers (each extra buyer adds 2 GB).
Is there any difference between monthly and yearly?
Only the price and how often you pay. Paying yearly saves 2 months: ₹1,20,000 a year instead of ₹1,44,000, and each extra buyer costs ₹8,000 a year instead of ₹9,600.
Is GST included?
No. Prices are shown before GST, which is added to the bill.
Can we change our request types later?
Yes. After your workspace is activated, changes are made for you by cbThread’s team as a configuration service.
